We have prepared a program for tourists who will be able to see the museums of a closed object - the Baikonur Cosmodrome itself and the restricted city of the same name.

The Soyuz MS-22 spacecraft is named after the great self-taught scientist Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky.

It is a Russian manned transport spacecraft scheduled for launch to the International Space Station on September 21, 2022. Expedition ISS-68, which will begin in autumn 2022 and will end in the spring of 2023, will be headed by cosmonaut Sergei Prokopyev, with him will fly engineer Dmitry Petelin and NASA astronaut Francisco Rubio. The spacecraft will be launched from Baikonur using a Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle.

It is expected that the flight to the ISS will take three hours. That is, the tourists will not have time to disperse to their homes, and the spacecraft will already dock with the ISS.

The Baikonur Cosmodrome is a unique scientific and technical complex. Over the past 50 years, it has become the largest cosmodrome in the world. Its area is 7000 sq. km; its length is 75 km from North to South and 90 km from West to East.

The spaceport includes 9 launch complexes (15 launch pads); 11 testing facilities, 3 spacecraft refueling stations and 2 airfields.

Baikonur is now open for worldwide cooperation in space exploration, for new generation orbital stations, and for manned cosmonautics, being the only and the largest cosmodrome in the world.

   Program of visiting Baikonur facilities  

  Day  1  

• Arrival at the hotel "Alma-Ata", Zhosaly village from the airport in Kyzylorda. Accommodation at hotel;
• Transfer to Baikonur city;
• Visit to the Museum of Cosmonautics;
• Sightseeing tour around Baikonur (city sights, monuments and monuments in honor of outstanding cosmonauts, mock-ups of spaceships);
• Lunch in the city;
• Visit to the International Space School named after N.N. Chelomeyev. Lunch in the city; Visit to the Chelomey International Space School (you will have a tour around the school, get acquainted with rocket engineering and different types of engines, you can also go inside a real space ship);
• Transfer to the hotel;
• Dinner;

  Day 2  

• Breakfast at hotel;
• Transfer to the spaceport;
• Visit to Baikonur Cosmodrome Museum, Gagarin and Korolev houses, Buran orbital spaceship;
• Transfer to hotel №17 - lunch;
• Transfer to the launch pad "Gagarin's start";
• Transfer to the hotel;
• Free time;

  Day 3  

• Breakfast at hotel;
• Transfer to the building No.60;
• Visit to Building 60, the command post of the Energia rocket, with a tour of the Cosmodrome facilities on the way;
• Visit to launching complex "Zenit";
• Transfer to the point of observation of the launch;
• Observation of the launch;
• Transfer to Kyzylorda airport;

*The Cosmodrome is a restricted facility and requires the issuance of permits.
***The cost varies depending on the program and number of people.
**** A special operation mode is established on the territory of the cosmodrome and Baikonur city. Entrance to and exit from the territory of the cosmodrome and Baikonur is by special passes through specially equipped checkpoints. Documents are submitted 28 days in advance, to access and stay in the city and Baikonur Cosmodrome. Foreign nationals must have a Kazakhstan visa to obtain a permit. 

   Cost includes:   

• Permit documents to stay in the city and the cosmodrome;
• Provision of space at an observation point;
• Permits for photo and video shooting;
• Transfer according to the program;
• Accommodation (DBL);
• Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and lunch boxes during transfers);
• Excursion services at all sites;

   Price does not include:   

• Ticket to Kyzylorda (rail or air tickets);
• Personal expenses;
• Documents are to be submitted 28 days in advance in order to obtain permission to enter the territory of the city and the cosmodrome. The program of stay at the Baikonur Cosmodrome is designed for 3 days;
