Now every customer of our company gets special privileges in the hotel chain Shagri-La Group. Luxury Circle from Shangri-La Group is an exclusive program for regular partners in the travel industry. One of the main advantages of the program is the provision of a room upgrade at the time of booking a room (subject to availability), rather than on arrival, as in many other hotel programs.
